Does anyone have the numbers for the compression for the engine? I need to get my car in soon to get the test done. I can't start my car when its warm, and now the coolant light is coming on when it gets warmed up. My car is an 04 with 66k miles on it. I have been getting the oil changed etc. Got new plugs wires and coils about 6 months ago trying to get the problem fixed. So from what I have read its the compression. Thx for the info.

 

I can't remember the numbers off the top of my head. Most likely the rear housing seals had gone bad. As for the Coolant, you can do a visual check on the tank. If there are still coolant in there then you may have a bad sensor. Check to make sure the clamps are on the coolant hose and look for any cracks. If coolant are leaking in the housings then you may see coolant in the exhaust or you will notice white smoke coming out of the exhaust. You may even notice a sweet smell.

they accidently painted the bottom part that was supposed to stay black... not sure if it would better or worse like that

 

looks good.. Maybe its the lighting. But the bumper seems a darker shade of red

 

its actually more that the whole car is dirty except the bumper and part of the hood/fenders.

I was giving the wrong throw out bearing and I was stupid and put it in without comparing about 3 months ago. Mazda gave me a throw out bearing for a FC so yea my fault so I had to do it all over again.

 

Hey everyone, just wanted to check in as a relatively new (Fall 2009) 8 owner in the Bloomington area. I have a 04 GT Ti Gray. Not a whole lot of mods on it yet since it's my daily driver, but installing some Bilstein's in the next week or so. I'd love to join you guys for meets and other events and I'll try to keep up with this thread for more info.

There needs to be a meet sometime soon like this month preferably since i missed the last one I mostly wanna ride in someone who has a turbo to see if i want to go that route or not

 

I'm in the cities, so defiantly will be planning on going to C&C, not sure if I'll park in the lot or not (my car is caked with insects, and im not sure if I'll be able to get a wash)

i have a question.
can an automatic-4 rx8 with 75k miles now survive the winter in minnesota? I just bought my Rx8 2 months plus ago, so i have no idea how my baby is going to run in the winter. i'm worrying that i need to get another for winter or can i just get winter tires?
