It's a loss of control thing. I do some mild coasters. At Great America, I will ride the Wizard. I've ridden all the coasters at the Dell's. And only about 3 at Cedar Point. I've also ridden Space Mountain at Disney.
You're not in control at Great America, but they couldn't put a couple million people on it every year if you were going to die.

No point in attempting to apply logic to psychosis...I mean, explain how I'm terrified of heights but somehow have managed to live on the 51st floor for the past 5 years?
I have a fear of heights, but only when I am in the open. I can fly little cessna 172's and be fine since I know it would be rather hard to fall out. If it had no doors I may have an issue.
Standing on the edge of a bridge or a ladder, where it seems like I could very easily fall still freak me out.
So I guess it's a no for most people. Doesn't six flags have a kids section with little rides
Sorry I couldn't resist, you guys left the door open. Well let me know if you guys are interested I would definitely like to go. I'm also game for another night out on the town in Chicago.

laser tag FTW!
I would love to go to six flags, I just need to know a little bit in advance so I can get the day off work. Sorry I cut out at the last meet, My fiancee isnt really into cars and did not feel very comfortable. I guess I'll have to come alone from now on.
Actually what do you guys think of paintball, I use to go all the time back in NY. I'm sure there are some great places around here. Not the indoor type, I would like to do an outside one. How about that? Let me know who is interested, I can do some research on it.

I haven't played paintball for a while. I do however, have a gillie suit.
I've never gone paintballing before, but I like to try everything atleast once. So I'm game. I'll ask around about places near here. I know a few people who go a lot.
Took me a minute to figure out that I didn't make this post...
How is Erin doing (besides the morning sickness/ first trimester thing)?

She is having a rough time with the morning sickness, it's more like an all day sickness with her. Hopefully she will be up to go to Autobahn next weekend.

. You'll all be missed.
