Well other than the sweltering heat,outrageous traffic and a total of 21 hours total driving time, We have arrived. Just getting things unpacked and organized. The weather's been a little cooler than I'm use to in Florida but the goat and I aren't complaining.

I'll see what I can do about the 1st.


Oh and I promise no **** shenanigans.

 

We have changed the meet to Sept 8th. due to popular demand. No one seems to want it on the Labor Day weekend.

I've been out of the loop for the last couple of days due to the storm. I was without electricity (51 hrs.) and internet (80 hrs).

That's a good idea! I am not sure if I can make the 8th cuz I have another event going on during the day. I got bummed cuz I was planning on bringing out Zoom Zoom Goodies to the meet on the 1st.

Anyone else want to weigh in on the date that works best? Sept 1 or Sept 8?

1st is perfect for me. I saw the talk about it last week, but didn't say anything as both will work, but the 1st is def better.

8th doesn't work for me. Lots going on that weekend from Friday-Monday. I was planning on the 1st still.

 

Tiggerlee, about how much did you spend on gas for the 8 to get up here if you don't mind me asking? bottles of oil? I'm thinking about driving all the way down to the keys sometime next year. Thanks in advance.
