We are meeting at the walmart on 17 in NKY at 8am (3450 Valley Plaza Parkway 41017) to go cruise before the car show.

Some Minis and other cars are meeting us there as well, so bring out some rotaries to the bunch,

So I am trying to get in on the meet could someone fill me in real fast, I have been gone for awhile and I wont be in my car but I would still like to see the fellas havent seen steve or jeff since they sold their cars. Let me know guys......

I won't be able to make it to the cruise or to be in the show now. I have some work i need to get done in the morning. I'll try to make it down to see the show in the afternoon though.

 

I'll drop by in the afternoon sometime too. Probably around 1 or 2.

It was good to see you today lycanthrope. I can't believe you beat me by 4/10 of a second, lol! I was so close... It was a good race, though, I had a lot of fun.

My tires are still the stock tires, I'm going to try to get something better for next season though.

 

yea it was really good to see you too and talk about close. i think the other time you were at a race i was at it was really close like that too. too bad i dnf'ed that first run it had me in a bad mood for about 2 or 3 runs after. great day after it warmed up a bit...

So...i traded in my 8 today............i got a 2007 Lexus IS250 AWD...i need to be able to get around this winter!! i miss my baby..but, its time to move on!

damn man that kind of sucks i have a huuuge soft spot for Nordic Green i wish i could have bought it but this is should be alot of fun. i had a 2003 is 300 and loved every minuet of it. where did you buy the car form if you don't mind my asking?

 

woah its been a while since ive been on here.

i would like to organize another devu park meet and cruise here soon before the snow hits and we pack away the 8's for the winter.

recent news with my 04 6spd sunlight silver rex

i have been looking into turbo kits here recently, i know of all the bad things that come along with boosting a wankel, but i have more then enough wrenching experience to fix all that has broken etc etc

the greddy kit with the mazda maniac turbo upgrade seems to be the most popular option for the renesis motor.

Sir josh canafax and i have been working on his 8 trying to get her back to show quality...

during this time i have been starting on my business, which is custom car interiors, i have a decent stock and supply of fabrics such as gucci LV DG coach prada and burberry.
i plan on doing door panels and shift boots at the moment but once my skills increase i plan on reskining those amazing bucket seats we are blessed with.

So lets do a meet and cruise here soon, and maybe some lunch or dinner?

lycanthrope, i bought it from jake sweeney tri county...i got a decent deal, but damn that car was still expensive, hope its well worth it!! but ya, i would have sold my car for 9k or 10k i had it posted on craigslist and autotrader! lol but they gave me 8500 for trade in...it had 109k miles...PS is ANYONE is looking for an excellent newer set of mtx magnum subs, with an amp, and box for only $200, well, i got em!

 

I just ordered a set of Sprint lowering springs, sort of a little birthday present to myself. i should be getting them Monday 10/26 and will likely put them on either the same day or Tuesday. they are a 2 inch drop all the way around and are highly recommended by RX8 auto-cross drivers. ill post pics when I'm done with the install.

 

Soo...I'm considering getting another 8, miss mine so much I can't stand it much longer, so if the Rex is sold soon I'll be rejoining the rotary club!
