yeah, some of those vegas guys are trolls...they get on your nerves. I can understand why they were banned if vegas nightz and mikeluvs8 were involved. I've had my share of e-fights with those guys.

Anyway- about the above posts, this is NOT that complicated but, at the same time, a lot of us have learned to be really **** about doing all the instructions/emails/logging EXACTLY as instructed. If you don't, 1) your emails might skip through MM's automated email filing system or 2) he will simply reject it and you move to the back of the list for that round. Such a systematic process might be annoying, but it's the only way for him to take care of so many users, so it's understandable (ish).

 

Agree, if I had to deal with hundreds of individual requests, I'd probably go crazy trying to sort through the data. The ideal way, I think, would be if he had a website with a form to request tunes. You punch in your email address and rx8club username, the 11 questions have drop down boxes for them, and you attach the current tune. Then you put an "additional instructions" box that you can type out any extra instructions.

People can be very incompetent, but also, that first post is so long and the text is so small and organized very confusing, so it's easy to miss some small thing that makes all the difference in the world. I don't really know how you could fix it though.. I found it helps to print out the 1st post and read them on paper

im installing injectors, new couplers clamps and ingnition solution this weekend :D

Jeff, the calibration you sent me is named MM 2004 MT NA BASE v4_0_1.zip, is this based off of the dyno tuning you did up here in Seattle or is it based off the baseline I sent you before you came up here for the tuning sesion?
