New MazdaManiac BASE Calibrations
You use two different e-mail addresses, so it gets filtered into two different folders.
I think I re-edited your 4.0.1 and sent it as 4.0.2.
The tuned map should be 4.0.3.
Send me a copy of the last 4.0.2 (not the new one.
I presume it aligns with the logs you sent.
I'll send you 4.0.3 right away.
I'll get that started now.
I think I screwed you up again.

Jeff-
I've been getting a CEL regularly. P0610
First time I got it was during the Tri-State Meet the morning we were heading out from Laughlin.
We talked about it briefly, and you gave me the impression that it was not a big issue.
From what I know, it has something to do w/ hard-starts, so I just wrote it off as cold weather.
After clearing the code, it would return in a couple days, then it would go away after a few days.
I was just searching this forum for P0610, and found some threads where guys had to replace their ECU because of it.
I know you have the AP setup to "ignore" some ECU codes.
Could you add this code to that list for me, and is there any dangers in doing so?
I'll be at the Dyno day in So Cal next week.

Got it.
I have a foot itch because my car is running so pig rich on the base maps it stumbles and stutters (esp around 5k) if I'm not barely touching the gas or WOT. So I either drive like a grandmother or a complete lunatic nothing in between hehe.
I say lunatic?
although you shoudnt since Jeff says you cant drive to harshly on the base maps.
Believe me its worse for me, I got a new turbo and its ready to push althougho only at 7 psi since im with stock injectors and I have yet to go WOT with it. hehe
But all in good time :D

Jeff. I am currently in the process of creating the first two files for you. However, I will not be able to use outlook to send them to you. Would sending it from my hotmail account be okay??
it probably made you get in less air but I doubt it will mess up your maf reading since your maf will read what enters the filter
A day in the life of MM
