So Audie has been waiting 50 days? Which I think he/she is counting as normal days, not business days.
I've been waiting 43 business days and 58 normal days since confirmation on July 5th.
MM's website states:
No problem; I received confirmation after only 15 hours.
However, it also states:
Now since I followed the directions correctly per the confirmation email:
it seems that I should have heard something within 10 business days. To date, I haven't seen any email and have been checking my folder on MM's site to make sure it didn't show up there.
That said, I knew it'd be a slow process but might I suggest a change to the website so that future users will have a better idea of what to expect? Perhaps 50 business days is a better estimate..

Provided you have followed the directions correctly, you should receive an adjusted calibration within 10 business days, Monday through Friday after receiving your confirmation e-mail.
Thank you for submitting your calibration request! We wanted to let you know that we have received your submission and all your answers and data logs look correct. I have forwarded the information to Jeff so he can create your calibration.

Either I will finish it or we will keep going.
People seem to have glazed over the "should" part of the disclaimer (or read it as "will").
I am, from the tuning aspect of it, a one-man operation.
The flood of (expected) calibration submissions was accompanied by an (unexpected) flood of incorrect submissions.
Fast; Reliable; Cheap;
Pick two.

Well, if you switch systems in the middle, it is a whole different story.
If I take the time to get you up and running NA and then, 15 days before the relative end of your subscription you change to turbo, that will be a new subscription.
I've already had several people pull that fast-one on me.
No-go.

I got your message from the last calibration.
Already checked vacuum leaks, I hope it does not create more problems, but will review the FT long and short, while making new datalog.
If you can and not to waste time, please tell me that I need to consider in my datalog so that my data are correct.
Again thank you for your response.

Sorry...misread your post the first time. If you have an AT you need an AT tune...if you have a MT you need a MT tune. You can get them free from COBB or get a personalized better tune from MM...the choice is yours.
