I'm not sure MM responds to every email unless there's a problem. I never got a response from him either. I assume the info I sent was correct, now just need to wait for an email with my new maps.

I think there should be a confirmation email or form or something. Last time I sent him info I waited a month only to discover that he never received it (although I did send it in the proper form)
I resent my info and put on a read receipt, and apparently it was read. So I'm assuming it went through correctly =)
I know this service is included in the access port...but if I were to repay him to do ths 6 month service or 5 changes...I hope the turn around time would be appropriate so you could get 5 changes in 6 months.

I agree with you guys, it's tough sitting on the sidelines wondering whether Jeff received the info? Was it in the correct format? Did I graph everythign properly? Am I getting a new map? etc etc
There could definitely be better communication but there is only so much I can expect from one man trying to fulfill all these orders. Last time Jeff was on, he was talking about some type of automated web submittal, that might be the answer we're looking for.
Till then, I'll just keep running my rich maps or I can always revert back to OEM map. (yeah, not likely... )

Reading the comments above scare me.
I am thinking about buying the BHR/MM Turbo upgrade kit but I can't wait 60+ days for the maps. This is my daily driver so I would be screwed without it.

btw, communication didn't seem to be an issue when I was asking to buy the AP.

Oh yeah, I didn't mean to sound like I was defending the lack of communication. Just musing aloud. I mean real tuning needs live AFR feeds and takes hours on a dyno and is all kinds of crazy stuff. Its pretty crazy that he can make accurate maps remotely. I suppose he responds fast to secure the sales, but then providing the promised support within the stated time frame might be taking a back seat to new sales and working on a back log of maps to create.
In any case, if Chris and Jason at Esmeril were as sparse in communication, I would have been soooo screwed in so many ways. Whew! I guess dealing with MM might be safest for people who can do a lot of autonomous stuff on their own. I need my hand held, so I gotta stick with Esmeril's guidance for the most part. I don't know if anyone else has the patience to deal with me

We've seen comments like "yeah I didn't attach the map just wrote the name" or "I didn't send the graph I sent you earlier" etc. I'm sure trying to keep track of all of that is impossible, which is why he says again and again to read and follow the instructions to the point.

lets see... so I'm at 41 days wait currently... looks like another month away from the judge of things... in that time I have to replace my high flow cat so that will probably mess the tune up.... so then another 60 days from there for another tune and...
...meh... might as well just continue to do it myself....

Wow, I thought I was the only one on this boat...apparently not. Looks like the locals are getting restless...lol.
I know he's contributed alot to this forum and it's people but from the looks of it there are quiet a few upset customers out there.

I'm pretty sure Jeff is at SEMA all week so we're just going to have to wait a bit longer.
don't kill the messenger! I just know he goes every year (might be work related) and it dawned on me that the show started this week

However, seeing as MM has worked with the software since it was released and helped COBB with it's development he's already gotten over some hurdles with using it.
Still, it's not stopping anyone from tuning their own car or having a shop do it for you.
