That's ok. I don't really live by those rules anyway. I just try to have honest/open relationships with the girls i'm with and it seems to work very well.

Well, honesty is the best policy, but that really means being honest with yourself more than your significant other. There are things you're not going to like about a person and things that they're going to want from you that you may not like. Relationships where you bend over backwards for the other person end up badly.

Everything should be mutual and honest. Easy to say, hard to achieve.

To start off, there are plenty of girls out there that will put up with "crap", just like there are plenty of guys out there that will put up with the same "crap". It's too easy to just generalize and say that guys will fall into 1 of 2 catagories. See the honest truth is, you really don't know me and I really don't know you. I think that you were really trying to help and I can't fault someone for trying to help. I am just having a little fun around here and in the mean time, Dazygirl is getting some real practice talking smack to me. I don't take anything she says as being too serious, just like I hope she doesn't take anything I say to be too serious.
I am in no way trying to start any kind of flame war here, because like I said, I believe your intentions are to be helpful. The truth is this and I'm speaking from experience, good guys turn into good friends who end up watching badboys score with the girls they like. There are people (guys and girls) that aren't interested in relationships. Relationships tend to work around timing. There are times when you will be interested in a relationship and the other person(whatever the reason may be) is not.
But thanks again Ajax, I can see where you are trying to be helpful and again I thank you.

Amen.

Why did you become an engineer? You should have been a relationship therapist.

Trust me.. I have been put in the friend category my own fair share of times. It's not fun at all. And yes, I mean to be helpful, sarcastic, but helpful.

Dang, I step away for a little bit and look what happens. Ajax is sarcastic with me, Jenkins tells me that I need help with my lady skills, and to top it off, Dazy agrees with him.

You know, even though I can't remember the waitresses name, I mean, it's hard to remember everyone's name. She doesn't know mine, because I haven't given it to her, but I guarantee that if I tell her my name, she won't forget it or who I am. I am just that lovable.

It all depends on what part of the "sandwich" you are. The bread makes all the difference as well
