1. If you hate doing it because your guy friends would make fun of you if they knew, then it'll get you more sex from probably any girl. Examples are: spooning, cuddling, talking, having emotional conversations, caring about her feelings, going out and NOT having sex with her, telling her you love her, being honest with her, spending time with her, watching chick flicks with her, etc.

2. Women are after different things at different times. Know when to be what, because if you're emotional when your woman wants masculine, things will backfire. You must learn how to read a woman and understand what she wants. Unfortunately, this is the most difficult part of the entire science as a major percentage of the time, they don't know what they want.

3. Satisfy her before you satisfy yourself and never EVER leave her unsatisfied unless she expressly tells you that it's ok and in this case, FEEL BAD and promise to make it up to her when she has more time.

4. Be spontaneous sometimes. The same old crap is boring. You have to mix it up.

5. Do not have sex with other women!! I know.. that's a hard concept but seriously.

6. Your ex girlfriend needs to **** off and leave you alone. Nobody wants to hear about her, especially not your current girlfriend. FWB (for those who have done that) don't usually mind too much if you talk about it a little.
