Well the neighbor that complained did move.... Lol. As for the couch.. Lol I don't think I could get my fat a$$ over it nowadays! Besides, we don't have the slide in the backyard for Steve to pass out on!

Wow, okay, i just went back one page and read everything and that's all I need to see...
My input means nothing but it is a lounge so I'm posting it anyway.
I stopped getting on the forum because of the drama and bickering too, I'm with Scott on that, even if I was to blame with some of it. But I did try to schedule some stuff. And I gave up. The pics of the second "secret meet" (as Brandon calls it) that I saw on FB...I don't even know how to describe my feeling towards it. Not surprised. But not mad either because I'm not surprised.
And now, not that anyone cares, I'll go back to avoiding the forum. if anyone ever wants to take a drive and focus on the car, give me a call.
And for the record, I miss everyone a lot. Even if it is not reciprocated through invites or attendance at the few meets I tried to get together. GL to the ones who are still trying to revive the group

wow...there are some dfw mazdas haters in here that haven't even been to one of our meets. if anyone wants to form their own opinion, you're more than welcome to come out to our meets.

I'll still be at the meets of course....You guys are fun and know your ****...I don't hate DFW Mazdas even though many here do...Haven't figured out why yet...
P.S. - I got in contact with the two other 8s we saw as C&C...I'm sure they'll join us next time.
I think you didn't read Nick's post very carefully then. I won't pretend to speak for anyone but myself, but I don't think you are being fair to me or the group. Just because I or anyone else shares a lack of enthusiasm for other meets/groups does not in any way give you enough data to say I or the group as a whole hates another.
I love my car, but I don't go to car meets to see cars, or to show mine off. I go to our meets because I like the people there. We are a small close knit group and that is the way I like it. Stuff like Cars and Coffee holds no sway over my desires because I already have what I want. I'm not the type of person that needs 100's of friends. I like the ones I have now.
My goal has never been nor ever will be to expand this group. That does not mean however, that I will be unfriendly or unwelcoming to new blood. We were all new blood at one point or another and I will sure respect that in others.
