last time i checked.... we invited some speed 3s to a 3 sisters run, i had to stop at the end of the 2nd leg and wait for like 10min for them to catch up, and that's saying it only took me like 15min to do the run.......

man, I went to dfw mazda meets back when they used to have them at sonic (in 2007), then much later at bone daddys off 75. the problem I found is that it was hard for the 3's, 6's, 626's, mx's, and other mazda fans to relate to the rotary because the mechanics are so different. its hard to talk about the mechanics of pistons, turbos, and other mechanical issues that the rotary has no similarity to. that's why its hard for 8's to become other forum/group guys/gals.

not to mention, that I had a DFWmazda member in my phys class last semester and it was still hard to befriend him because he had no relation to our car now what?!?!

Ehhh I don't think that has anything to do with it.. Most people on this forum have never seen the inside of a rotary. They just understand the concept, turbos are universal there's no special rotary turbo. I understand a piston engine as well as the next guy

The only difference is the MS3 is a station wagon and the RX-8 is a sports car.
