Because 3 sisters is the best place to race someone.

The difference is a Turbo 8 will be able to the power to the pavement, you can't. FYI, neither shady or myself is running a stock Greddy turbo on our setups. So based on the mods in your sig you wouldn't have a chance on the drag strip. You might be able to hang from a rolling start on a road course, until there is a curve at least.

I would probably be jealous of the torque but if you can't put it down it's useless. That is why I retired from owning high power FWD cars.

Hmmmm. 300ish WHP/350ish ft/lbs (maybe I'm being generous)? Depending on tuning and condition of the engine of course. Oh, and on pump gas with no meth.

You're spot on. With launch control and a boost limited 1st gear, it's not hard to get off the line. The stock diff is pretty good too. Haven't had a problem getting power down at MSR.

When I get my fuel pump and run e85, that might be a different story.

Do you have a build thread on your car?

Yeah because going fast in a straight line is so thrilling

As my wife just said "any moron can mash a gas pedal and go fast in a straight line, it takes skill to handle a road course"

Dude I would put money down on my wife kicking your *** on a road course, you in your station wagon and her in her stock 8.

I have quite a bit of track time on a road course. I'm just saying that 3 Sisters is not the best place to race someone. Too many blind corners where the repercussions could be drastic.

I am envious of you SA guys living so close to the 3 Sisters though. I had a blast down there. I'd be going through tires like crazy.
