I believe the OP was given a temporary ban so he could cool off because he started acting childish and calling names. Then he signed up for a new account which is a big time no no. So his official ban is no one's fault of his own.

I paid for a Cobb AP on the 16th of September 2008 and I got nothing. Its now the 17th April 2009 and I have not received any tracking numbers from him, or any response to pm's or emails I sent him.
He wanted to check what's the matter but he has done nothing!!!!

I'm not sure about the specifics of what happened to your accessport but with the new email arrangement regarding hund handling the email traffic it might be best for you to email MazdaManiac instead of just posting in the thread.
Please send an email to ap (at) mazdamaniac.com and provide the following information:
Your name, shipping address and contact information...
Your model year, transmission and PCM type (USDM or otherwise)
When you ordered the AP including your google checkout # and or your shipping confirmation number.
I'm unsure if there was tracking information but if it's sent via UPS then you should have gotten a tracking number.
Please give hund as much information as possible. If the AP was lost in customs then there will need to be an insurance claim made since all AP's are insured during shipping.
Just email using the above address and Hund will work to get an update on your AP.

Google Checkout shows "not send yet"...I wrote him tons of mails but never got an answer so I think that's exactly the right thread for me!!!!! I have no shipping confirmation, no tracking number (it's not send) and no possebility to contact MM but paid over 700$...

For all we know Jeff has asked him a question that goes to his junk folder and he's waited 6 months for nothing. I'd just claim a refund instead of waiting 6 months personally. The forum gets too onesided for these things imo and that's why I often side against "complainers".

I would have posted here 1-2 months after not receiving a tracking number. This way, MM and/or now hund can take a look to see whats happening. It is possible your email is being dumped into their spam folder(which they most likely just empty, I know I do). Try and sen the information requested and maybe post your email here so they can see if it is in the Junk Email Folder. Remember, if you post an email like xyz (at) qwerty (dot) com so spambots do not pick it up.

I never got any email from Jeff, he just told me in the AP thread what you wrote in your last post, JUST this!!!!!
So I have done all I can do!!! I never got my AP!!! MM said in the AP thread it was sent, so I wanted him to send me the tracking number but never got one, so what to do?!?!?! No tracking number = no shipment!
FACTS:
Google Checkout says: PAID
My MasterCard says: PAID
Google Checkout says: NOT SHIPPED
Tracking Number : NO
So my informations aren't incorrect!
