My dash(mirror) cam picked this up today finally. Been seeing him around for a while. Nothing new I know, this is "in style" in parts of DC and suburbs, seen it plenty down there. Only one I have seen up here and always worth a head-shake. The wide-angle lens doesn't pick it up cleanly, but my headlights are lower than his rear bumper.

A rapper has a Cutlass Supreme with 22s, 24s, etc. in his video that has half nekkid women dancing beside it and every one wants their car to look like that so they too can have half nekkid women dancing around their car.....
