maybe they thought it was better brake cooling to have red 'pies' in the wheels lol

surprisingly, that yaris is pretty good compared to many I see on the road hahaha.

 

I saw this in Richmond's west end (for those that do not know, the west end is where all the well-to-do people live and shop). I wanted to get out of my car and do a full walk around photo shoot of this piece of work but, I was kinda in a hurry.
