i just pulled these off my phone, i took them at a mcdonalds parking lot awhile ago... only the rear quarter windows had red tint and the dash was hideous.

 

Got these from a cougar forum I post at... Makes me sad I used to own one.
There are a few nice ones out there though.

lol. "flames" isnt even specific to what i "would" have got anyways.. if you lurked the whole thread, and i know you commented in it soldier, then what i was trying to mean by "realistic" was to get one that was not cartoony.. you can tell if one looks cartoony or not...

back to the topic, i like scooby doo, childhood friend, dont get me wrong... but on a car? nah.

and about the flames.. im seeing things more through now, and it does seem lame.. yet i already got 3 decals on it, decent ones, and a 4th waiting on my bed, but now im considering doing something about the damn hood first..

although in that thread i made about the flames, i did ask for opinions.. that one guy telling me to do the rx8 community a favor and sell my car, was not really an opinion, more of an insult, really.. a flame decal that i see in my mind is NOTHING compared to what i've seen in this thread.. and i've already gone through 85 pages of horrible, horrible things.. and i even took some pics for here too. i wanted to save em up for one big bang, but just for all the bullshit i created in the other thread, i'll give you one picture. least i can do. i'll post as an attachment in a sec

yes, i think you are right.. those rims are very similar, but on a different vehicle. it was somewhere before page 85. i'll look for it. but yes, dont do that!



EDIT: See how there are no shadows? means it was a cloudy day.
see that white spot on the 8? means theres a sun! :O
and the guy isnt in the reflection of the 8's body
and the overall reflection of the 8 shows it would be closer to the ground

Probably gonna get for this but I cant help it. First off let me say he does have an all around awesome car, but I think I am about to win "biggest real wing of the thread" right here. The only thing I dont like about his car is that wing. Lots of talk in the thread about it being "functional", maybe it is maybe it isnt, other people seem to be drifting just fine with or without a wing there.

Again let me just say AWESOME CAR, without the wing imo.

Honestly if it was mounted lower I could maybe see it looking halfway decent. Its just so damn high and its wider than the car its mounted on, it might even be taller than the car.

I almost feel like I should blur out the whole car in that pic and just leave the wing because other than that one part I think he did a great job.

Everyone has been at that point in their life where they wanted a wing similar to that on their car or wanted that crazy looking body kit. Some people just keep liking it.

 

All I can think of when I see that wing is, "Is Ed 'Too Tall' Jones too tall?"
