What not to do to your car!
I'd probably have to lay on the floor and roll into the damn car.....
here it is. i couldn't take a picture of the front b/c my camera phone memory was full.
it had the windshield strip and Saleen badge on the grill too. i figured he probably had just grabbed the rear bumper from a Saleen mustang but i'm still shocked that they actually made a Saleen Focus. why?!?!

Quite the double-standard we've got going here. A lot of time, effort, and money go in to some of the other cars we've bashed in this thread as well. Just because it's a car from this forum doesn't make it immune to criticism any more than "a BUNCH" of people that love it do. Face it, when people do body and appearance mods, they're going for attention, which begets opinions. Mine is that I think it's hideous. If the owner of that car is bothered enough by my opinion, he'll change it. But chances are, because I'm an anonymous line of text on a website, he won't care, but people aren't trolls for saying what they think.
Actually, trolls are trolls for saying what they think. For example, I think this post makes you a douchebag because the only reason for posting it is to make you look like an internet tough guy and to satisfy your attitude and insecurities.
I'm a troll, and I'm saying what I think. Now post some ugly car photos.
i agree with like one sentence of Rootski's post. why are 8 owners on this board any more protected than those who we randomly take pictures of their cars and post them without their knowledge and bash them. I think if we have the same opinion on a board members 8, why can we not voice it. but notice how I said voice your opinion, no need to belittle them, their cars, or the work they put into it. If anything, those NOT a member of this board should not have their pictures posted without written consent/approval.

It's one of the reasons nobody here has ever seen my car.
I mod it to personalise it, and to stand out from the other two VR's in town.
I would prolly get permaflamed here if I posted pics, therefore bite me.

The problem with the post rootski was addressing is that there were no wood screws holding the body kit on, the paint was done properly and looked good (from an application perspective, not a taste perspective) , there are no hideous gaps between body panels, no useless gauges, no empty gauge pods, no crazy camber settings on the tires.
I'm all for calling a hideous ricermobile a hideous ricermobile, 8 or no, but the photo in question has none of the characteristics that make it belong in this thread apart from a couple go faster stickers on the back window. It's a clean 8 with some custom rims and custom paint.

my only point by my post is the fact that here people do have an opportunity to defend themselves, while these other people have put just as much if not more elbow wax into their cars installing autozone decals and have no chance to defend their mods. opinions are like a$$holes... well you know the rest.
They aren't more protected. We made merciless fun of the kid with the blue 8 done up in camouflage paint. In fact, we made so much fun of him, he ran it into a ditch.

ahem..... her car
And you have the attention of the thread now, pics are in order. After your post I picture LED windshield washer lights, spinning hub caps, and those fake 3 "buick" style chrome holes on the fenders.
