I usually watch it on BBC iPlayer on computer. I just use a UK proxy. With this year's coverage divided with another station, I might have to download some of the races. BBC is one of the best when it comes to coverage I have seen over the last 12 years.

Experts Expect 2012 To Be Close Fight
more at: http://formula-one.speedtv.com/artic...e-close-fight/
The 2012 season is expected to produce a tighter championship battle than 2011...
The precise pecking-order is clouded, but one thing is clear: 2012 looks set to be a highly competitive season in Formula One.
"There are a lot of cars out there that look competitive," said McLaren's Jenson Button, on the day Williams' Pastor Maldonado set the quickest time in the midst of the second group test in Barcelona.
Earlier this week, Force India's Nico Hulkenberg was the pacesetter, causing Mercedes' Norbert Haug to tell Bild newspaper: "That's great."
"I didn't expect that," agreed World Champion Sebastian Vettel.
Hulkenberg smiled and said: "'Test champion' gives me nothing. But I am in good shape."
Vettel continued to Kleine Zeitung newspaper: "This year everything is closer together," he said, after his teammate Mark Webber admitted there is "no question" Red Bull needs to keep working on the pace of its new RB8.
According to Die Welt newspaper, Vettel continued: "Most of the competitors are difficult to assess. It's the same old game." .......

Well, you'll have to wait another 3 weeks for the first race. See the first post for the seasons calendar and team roster. The possibility of the Bahrain race is still in flux. Uncle Bernie and Bahrain say it will. Almost everyone else say it won't or they (the teams) don't really want to go there.

No testing for Marussia's 2012 car
This is just getting pathetic and embarrassing. Why is this team still running?

Bernie wants money, bernie greedy...
You can't have this kind of ownership in a sports series. Look ad what happens when it's a private company running the business and not the teams themselves.
I will never say this enough, abandon the old gremlin and do one of the few things americans got right: nba, nhl, nfl etc style sports management.

Looking forward to my "town's F1 debut"... and yes we like to keep it "weird"!!
.....
I am back in this forum... have not even followed F1 until today... We'll see what happens this year... Still hoping for Alonso to get back in the game but it sure looks like the competition might be stiffer this year... Last year of the beautiful high revving engines before we go back to the Turbo era...

Australian GP 'least viable' on calendar - Ecclestone
more at: http://en.espnf1.com/australia/motor...ory/71598.html
Formula 1 boss Bernie Ecclestone says Lewis Hamilton may leave McLaren at the end of the season if he struggles to mount a serious title challenge.
Hamilton, whose contract expires at the end of the season, won the world title with the British team in 2008.
But he has since finished no higher than fourth in the world championship.
"I think if he doesn't perform this year he'll be looking maybe to move on, and the team may also be looking for him to move on," said Ecclestone, 81.
