Back awake and back on the couch waiting for Speed to come back on. Glad to see there isn't any horribly sinking news this morning, though they obviously need to get back up there.

69 and 70 are both on the same lap as the Porsche in 3rd place. #70 is steadily slicing down the time difference to the 67 Porsche.

...and 70 into 3rd! Guessing a pit there, but still.

Camero in 2nd in the garage with 5th gear failure, doesn't look good for them. Discussing going back out with only 4th as their high speed gear.

Pit cycle done, Tremblay and Assentato in, 3rd and 4th respectively, 1 lap down to 2nd.

I haven't seen a lap under 1:52 from Pumpelly in the leading Porsche, both Speedsource 8s are consistently faster than that in the 1:51s, a few 1:50s. Looking good.

70 is 2.7 seconds behind 2nd. Caution helped them close up, but must have split the 70 and 69, since the 69 is solidly a lap down to 2nd and 3rd

engine off tune, smoke in the cockpit, back on pit road... saying it's oil overflow from re-filling.

69 still on pits, smoke out of the tail pipes, saying might be engine failure.

Sigh.

69 out. Water out of tail pipes when they started it back up. Pushing it back and packing up.

Dang it.

70 has our hopes now.

Lead car has issues with hydraulics to lift the car for tire changes. Next time they pit they may need 4 tires and the #70 car should be able to make up some more ground. 4 laps down with 6 hours to go.

Nothing? 70 is still out there doing good. Keeps hovering on getting on the same lap as P2.

69 is out, engine failure.

71 GT leader is out of fuel. Completely dead, on the back stretch, still half a lap to get back to pits.
