This may be a bit old of a reply, but the Goldman Brothers car is a production frame car. The only problem is they haven't been able to last too far in the 24. The question is can a NA 20b RX8 keep up with the cars in their class in the LeMans series?

Hey Guys
hello again. bean a while since i posted.
Yes, when i was entering turn two i was having a quick flashback of the 70 mazda. luckly i got the car slowed up but dam. It was just not enough time. one second open track the next, porsche in the face. Impact didnt look to bad but everything on the front right is gone. chassis is bent. the wheel had to be cut off of the right rotar. i just don't understand what goes threw peoples heads to drive across an open racetrack. But i am fine. figure we send the bill to Ted at TRG.
Anyone find a video online of the it. i would like to see it.

Quite true. The 70 Mazda was bumped going into turn 1, which costed them 5-6 positions? Again it was bumped when they were 3rd at the end, down to 5th. The 40 Mazda was wrecked.

Power!!
Yeah that was a crap merge. I know better than that getting onto I-5 for Pete's sake. You don't get back on line until you're up to speed. I think those Porsche guys can't stand getting beat by you Mazda guys.
We're glad you're okay and keep on showing them who's boss!

Haha, why does TRG and Farnbacher fields 3 cars (1 more than last year), they use the extra one to take out Mazdas.
Glad you're okay, keep us updated! Mexico should be a great track for the RX-8s

I was wondering why they all of the sudden dropped a few places at the end. Damn DP, no one talks about the GT class.

I wouldn't mind the extra DP coverage if the cars weren't so hideous (i know it's for safety), I hope they have more separate DP/GT races this year than last.

The 21 had no business to keep pushing. He was beat and should have given up the position.

IMO, there were so many penalties that should have been imposed.
Is Grand-Am turning into another breed of NASCAR style "bumping and rubbing"???

^I hope not, it really spoils the race and could make it too expensive for teams to compete. Grand Am GT is definitely the most exciting racing I've seen and I'd hate to see it go bust. As for the DP class... I could take it or leave it. The non-rival traffic makes the race more interesting but GT just has better competition IMO.
