The piece that surrounds the exhaust tips and square should be black (not body colored) anyways as this makes the rear not look so tall and blunt.

Put up a pic of a Porsche 928 rear end. Let's see how that looks compared to the new 370z.

 

Nope..not even close...That model doesn't even have outer fenders...! It's more rounded and looks well proportioned with the car!

 

Of course it's not going to be too close because it's not a 928, it's a 370z! I just got done comparing pics and you'd be surprised. If you tuck in the 928 rear, it would be similar to the 370z. Much closer than to the 911 rear because the 928 rear has a middle section whereas the 911 is a wedge. The 370z also has that middle section but of course it's tucked in and blended in.

 

Its a fog light for european markets. I guess nothing is in there for N.A. markets.

Here is a streetfire video of an unveiling before the LA auto show. The blue one reminds me of Laguna Seca Blue on the E46 M3's. It's the hotness, IMO.

The specs indicate an average weight of 3250 lb, nothing close to the 3050 lb reported elsewhere. Looks like the 16x will still maintain a significant weight advantage!
