ID this Supercar

My dad saw this while driving around Florida the other day. Any idea what is it?

My only two ideas are that it is either a very well done kit car, or some supercar made by a very small company. (I'm leaning towards small company.)

Yeah I saw one of these in black here in Virginia going the other way on the highway. They look wicked in person.

If I remember correctly, ruffly 250 with a few zeros on the end.
