Cylinders: 3 ROTOR

Engine Size: 122

Horsepower: 500

See what some mods could do to you in 13 years or so (lol). Actually, ONE OF 12 BANZAI EDITION SUPERCARS PRODUCED BY GT CHAMPIONS, PETTIT RACING. BRILLIANT BLACK WITH SILVERSTONE STRIPES, CUSTOM LEATHER SEATS WITH GRAY GLOVE INSETS. TITANIUM FINISHED DASH AND TRIM. THIS CAR WAS HAND BUILT FROM GROUND UP IN 2001. THEN IN 2002, IT TOURED THE IMPORT AUTO SALON TOUR WITH NITTO TIRE ROAD SHOW, SHARING THE FLOOR WITH THE LIKES OF RENNTECH MERCEDES AND FERRARI ENZOS. SINCE THEN IT HAS BEEN AT MANY SHOWS OR ON DISPLAY AT THE PETTIT RACING SHOW ROOM IN PALM BEACH, FL. THESE SUPERCARS HAVE GRACED THE PAGES OF NEARLY EVERY IMPORT AUTO MAGAZINE. THE 500 HP 3 ROTOR ENGINE, CAN EASILY PROPEL THIS SUPERCAR PAST 200 MPH. A FAVORITE AT EVERY EVENT, FROM ITS BEAUTIFUL SHAPE TO THE SOUND FROM THE EXOTIC 3 ROTOR ENGINE, ITS ALWAYS A HIT.

I saw it last night on the Speed channel. Thought it might pose some interest. Mostly Barett Jackson auction older/classic cars. So when this one rolled up. It really caught my eye. Especially the specs on the car.

It went for $48,500 on auction. Not too ridiculous for that beast, however adding in your yearly repair bills might scare most people away!

What a cool car to have in your garage.

repair bills from what? Have you ever owned a 3 rotor? much less a professionally built and tuned one? I'm sure this car would do just fine outside the garage, if anything the maintenance costs/fuel costs might be more scary than any repair bill nonsense.

It's not the repair bill... it's the upkeep.
