Speaking of INXS: Did you know that Bono of U2 wrote their song, Stuck in a moment for Michael Hutchance & his depression... basically telling him that life can be better if you look at the bigger picture. I guess Hutchance either didn't get to hear the song or was unaffected by it before killing himself. So much for the power of music to heal!!

My wife interview Michael Hutchance a long time ago, she said that Michael has more charisma in his thumb than the rest of the band put together. So, I am not sure the future of the New INXS.

Talking about thread topic divergence.

Why don't divert the topic to computers?

aiyah... still related. Coping with pressure... tire or life in general. Both are cyclical and the importance of handling pressure is vital. Computer where got pressure... unless it crashes, which it never does.

Yup. I love all things mechanical, electronic, scientific, etc.

Whose computer never crashes? The only computer that never crash is one that is never on.

Dug up this old thread cuz found something quite shocking today.

Decided to check my tyres after getting my car for abt 1 mth. Me on 16 inch stock wheels and stop by the petrol kiosk today. Checked my pressure and it was a whopping 316 Kpa all round!

Recommended is 220 Kpa on label on my driver seat. Does anyone experience the same thing? Usually we take for granted that new car the tyre pressure is usally the recommended one. But 316 Kpa is for lorries no?

What pressure are u guys using 16 inch stock wheels on?

I filled up my tires with cement and cut a hole in the floor so I could put my legs thru while driving. Flintstones styleee.

No need to worry about tire pressure and FC has increased tremendously - I am now getting 69km per litre!!!

Got my new tires and rims installed with tpms. Light came on after 15 miles or so...pulled over to a gas station...every tire showed 22 to 25 psi. I'm like...what the hell! So im thinking the old stems are leaking because i didnt put a new kit on the tpms stems...so i filled them up. So i drive down the road and the light turns off and all is fine and then turns on again. I'm like what the hell...i can actually hear air comming out of the stem area. So i go to walmart later on in the day and bought a digital gauge. Come to find out the pressure was 55 to 60 psi on each tire. The damn gas station gauge was screwed up. This is why air was comming out. Huge over inflation. Luckly the tires did not get damaged and the only thing i can think of the tire shop put too much air in cold so when they heated up it set off the high pressure tpms. I know this doesnt have much to do with tire pressure but learn from my mistake...never go by the gauge at gas stations.

Hi, I've bought rx8 around 2 months back. I filled the tyres with the pressure of 30psi but when I look at the it seems very very hard and feels like its going to explode and the drive is very bumpy too. what should i do?

If you are running the Stock OEM Wheels and 225/45/18 tires the tire pressures should be 32psi
