Was invited by the son of the late Tengku Bendahara Johor to a track session with his Ferrari 512M V12 and Mondial Spider......During the journey via the Pasir Gudang Highway, he was shocked that i was "stuck" to his V12 monsters *** like glue.......Hahahaha....... when we arrived @ the Circuit, he commented on how a 1.3 litre Rotary engine could keep up with is V12 Monster........ I just laughed it off.....Hahahaha........
Boy, were those good times !!! I miss those days..........
Turbocharging my 8 does seem like the next step to take.....We'll see bout that 1.... Till then....... I'll just have to make do with the hand im dealt with.....

i understand how u can be attached to that car, its still a very cun looking car, looks just stunning when ever i see it on the road, super sleek and low. too bad its just so old and costly to mantain.
the 8 is fatter compared to 7 but it looks good also, becos it has a sophisticated look.

Most of those runs were done on the JB side of the north south highway (Kempas) at around 2am........ 2 other runs were done on that same highway leading to Batu Pahat (there's a very long straight stretch of road approaching BP)............... Yes, it was insanely fast....BUT..... the FD is amazingly easy to controll...... I even swept past a dude driving a modded Satria doing 210kmh ++ like he was standing still..........
But, i don't think i'll ever try these sort of runs anymore...... VERY DANGEROUS!!! Everything bout the car has to be perfect if anyone tries this sort of thing..... Tyres MUST be NEW and have the appropriate speed rating, Suspension must be top notch (in my case it was APEXi Adjustables)..... etc etc........
And, yes......the FD is too old edi...... However, id love to purchase to last batch 2001 model Rx7 if i have the moolah.....
I didn't say the Rx8 is ugly..... I bought it partly coz of its looks.....Just looks soooo different than anything else on the road....... Love the car.......

nice color, nice rims, nice Ings rear, nice side skirts, the fact u got no spoiler also looks nice - dont spoil it with a gt wing
the only thing i dont like is the front bumper... maybe it will look better if see in real life.

Bitbit,Just my 0.02 cents....can u remove the front bumper "the steel thing"?izzit how to call that?It don;t look nice and others look nice especially ur rim.....I think without the "steel" thing ur front bumper will look nice but nothing is perfect coz if u really removed the "steel" is very dangerous for ur Radiator....Don't angry ya...just give my opinion nia if not u say i bully u again.

u then plug these jacks to any AV source, like dvd player, handphone, lap top, etc...
to use this, press yr monitor button, then press the tv button, located on yr shifter panel. to go back to cd audio, just press the cd button on the h/u
-the 2nd mod is to disable the handbrake signal, becos by default once ur handbrake is released, the tv stops working, (for safety sake they do not want u to drive and watch tv), this is located in the monitor panel, not the head unit.
*to hook up to your hp, u must have a sony ericsson handsfree that is detachable so that u have a 3.5mm audio jack. this hands free is like the one that comes with a W810 or W800 SE hp. so u also need a 2RCA to 1 3.5mm audio jack (male)
