The official title is Anatomical Pathology registrar.
2 more sets of exam before getting the fellowship.
Anatomical Pathology involve analysing specimen, cutting into blocks and give diagnosis under the mircroscope.
The specimen generally can be from a body (Post Motem), a large specimen (e.g. bowel or breast cancer) to small specimen (e.g. skin, endoscopic bowel biopsy). My job will somehow involve cytological specimen such as similar to Pap smear in women.... very wide range, book heavy but very interesting.

I wanted to study microbiology/immunology at university, however my main concern was finding a job.. (so switched to analysing/counting beans
) But it does facinate me till today. Would love to go into the lab and check things out where u are Taka :D but course I know thats not possible hehehe
I had a scan for my bak few months ago, and when we got the results back, I was looking at the images, and I asked my doctor "how the hell can these people diagnose and come to the right conclusion." He said they are very thorough in their analysis and can take a very long time." etc.
So I truely admire the brains behind the scenes

And interlopers are always welcome. In fact, I like most things that start with 'inter'. :D :D
