MAZDA IN ITS WISDOM IS RELEASING A LIMITED EDITION MX5 in racy velocity red a few hundred will arrive to Australia as part of the first release .

The car gets a few tweaks and an exclusive red Leather interior and special 17"wheels, and some chrome detailing .

They say this is the first time a limited edition model has been used from day one .

Each limited edition car will be specially numbered .

FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT LOVE RED THERE WILL BE TWO OTHER RED COLOURS APART FROM THE VELOCITY RED HOPEFULLY................. WHITHOUT RED INTERIORS .

Only 3500 limited edition MX5will be buildt world wide .

Revolver, there have been many special/limited editions of the MX-5. All released some time after the original MX-5. In fact for the last 5 years or so there has been an annual special/limited edition.

This is the first time a new model has launched with a limited edition at launch.

 

Oh, I'm with you now. I thought 'day one' was a reference to the introduction of the MX5. :o

 

The first one rolled off the line 2 days ago....

 

Very nice, I know a couple of boy's here who could shoehorn a renesis in it, now that would be a fine beast.
