Demerit point -- loopholes?
Found this little gem on the Crikey website -- may be of interest to those of you who refuse
to obey speed limits :p
to obey speed limits :p
It is the publication by Crikey of these sorts of things that leads to their removal.
Like any good thing - too many people find out and bubble the rort.
The information age isn't all it's cracked up to be. For example, I remember when there was such a thing as a secret surf spot. I know guys who still want to hunt Mark Warren down and string him up for publishing his 'Surfing Atlas'. And lets not even get into surf check website for those too dumb and lazy to understand a weather map and check tides.

Unfortunately we do not keep a diary of who drives which car at any time and as the photo does not help identifiy the driver, we cannot nominate who was driving. It was not me, but I cannot say for sure it was my wife." Wife fills in a stat dec along the same lines. Send it off, wait two weeks and presto, a notice in the mail that the fine is withdrawn. Saved my licence that way a couple of times while working as a rep.
