After Market Sway Bar "Clunk/Popping" Noise
Hopefully this will help some of you who have been chasing the clunk/pop noise in your front end after installing after market sway bars and end links.
I've put about 30,000 miles on my RB Sways. For the past 5k or so I've noticed a defined pop/clunk at slow speeds which was accented when I would go over bumps.
After doing some research I narrowed the noise down to the end link bolts not being tight enough. Sure enough, I got the car on a lift(to keep the suspension loaded) and I re-tourqued the bolt on the left end link.
This fixed the problem 100%. The damn bolt had lost A LOT of it's torque over time.
I really hope this helps all of you who are dealing with this noise.
