Friday, June 19th - the caravan from Utah will meet for breakfast and hopefully get on the road by 11am. Contact 04RX8gr or RaleighRX8 for more information.
Friday, June 19th @ 5:00pm till 9:00pm - General meet in the parking lot of In & Out on West Sahara about 1 mile west of I15 (normal local meeting spot). Directions: Exist I 15 @ Sahara West, travel west on West Sahara for approximately one mile to In & Out 2900 West Sahara
Fuel available within 1/8 mile of In & Out: 7/11 is 1/16 mile east of In & Out
Chevron 1/8 mile west of In & Out also has a car wash
Rebel 1/8 mile west of In & Out.
Prior to the start of the Saturday scenic tour you will need to have a full tank of fuel. The area we are going to has extremely limited fuel access. The total tour is about 130 miles
Friday, June 19th @9:00pm until ??? - At 9:00pm sharp we will be leaving the lot and going to Dicks at the Excalibur for food and drink.

Saturday, June 20th @ 10:00am till 2:00pm (aprox) - We will again meet at the In & Out parking lot on Sahara for a scenic drive to and around Lake Mead culminating in a no host lunch at the Henderson Fiesta Hotel & Casino. There is a buffet (upstairs) and a Denny's inside for your pleasure. I suggest that you bring a few bottles of water with you as it will be warm and very little humidity.

PLEASE NOTE:The economy in Nevada has effected our drive. Part of our run is through a State Park (Valley of Fire) and when I originally laid out the course you did not have an entrance fee to drive through the park. Now the State is short of money and they are collecting even to drive through. The fee is $6.00. AJ, Armin and I have looked at alternative access roads and have come to the conclusion that due to the twisties getting to the park and the actual beauty of the park that we are still going to use this road. Unfortunately this will require a $6.00 outlay per car. I hope that this does not effect anyone's enjoyment of the scenic tour.
Saturday, June 20th @ 7:00pm until ??? - No host get together at the Hofbraühaus for good times and some good BS (MAP). Last year this was a very popular get together.
Sunday, June 21st - Nothing planned but the trip home.

Additionally, the following hotels are offering rooms at rates comparable to the Candlewood (Dominion):

And for just a little more, there are rooms at the Las Vegas Hilton available for $70. The Hilton has an excellent garage, easy access, is closer to the In & Out and, well, ITS THE HILTON! Elvis practically lived there.

So bad news guys 
. . on my way home from work yesterday (In stop and go traffic) my clutch started to be soft then all the sudden would not engage nor disengage. . . My clutch is only 2500 Miles old. . . When the car cools down it works just fine. . . This ruins all hopes of going to vegas unless I can get it fixed tonight, Im going to bleed the Clutch release thing and see if the helps, Otherwise next year

Anyhoo, saw a sweet 8 on the way to work today. We weaved in and out of traffic a little but nothing too stupid. When we stopped due to bumper to bumper, I yelled over to him about this site and the meet. We'll see if he checks it out. Nice Blue 8 though, slammed, appearance package, strakes and at least an exhaust.
At least he wasn't a dick like most other vanilla 8 owner's I see. You honk or wave at them and they look at you like you are ******* alien. Hello we are driving the same ******* CAR!
