Sure. It's good to call out who had a true baseline from stock and who was optimizing on a previous iteration so people know the whole story. But I assume what everyone was paying for was getting their car tuned by Jeff to optimize it so let's see what the gains were.

I try not to read, as it may make me more intelligent than I am which frightens me.

If you read it though please let me know!!

Yes I agree on the realism but sometimes it's just nice to see a uber happy ending.

or at least give the bald guy the promotion.. just something happy. However seeing meryl crack a smile at the end was nice.

no BHR coil dynosheets will be posted as the testing was not conclusive.
(dont ask for details, those are a story for a later time. )

I'll mention it then;

BHR experienced the first two intermittent coils out of the more than 160 we have shipped out. I had two extras at home so I replaced the bad coils and shipped Jedi his kit back yesterday. While at the dyno meet we tested the plug wires, harnesses, connectors, and discovered some problematic transistors in the coils.

2 coils from Delphi out of the 160+ coils we have placed in the field. Not perfect but damned close.

well, on that note: I did still manage to pull 199 whp on TWO coils!
2 bhr coils > 4 oem coils. (for most people)

mike: learn to read. 2 posts up buddy...
I am not going to post the BHR coil pulls for the reasons CRH just mentioned. We had 2 coils that were not properly firing so any #'s taken from those pulls is not an accurate depiction of the ignition system. I did mention the hp I pulled on just TWO coils though, look up 1 post.

I have nothing to hide here, I said it before: if the coils would have LOST me power, I would still mention it. I'm not here to just give good news, I'm here to call things as I see 'em. (as I've done for 5 years on this board) I have arranged with Steve @ SR MotorCars to get my car BACK on his dyno as soon as my replacement coils arrive. THEN I'll post up the graphs.

I gained 9 h.p. at 8,800 RPMs but gained a few pounds (4-5) of torque across the band from 2,000-9,500.

so 2 of your coils took a ****? and out of the 160 that you bought all were good but the 2 that you sold jedi? are you serious.
