Any player who does all those requirements would be a Hero failboat he would trully desserve to ride an Eagle... failboat the Eagles would be SO Exclussive that only 1 or a few more in the server would have one failboat then it would follow LORE... because not everyone had Eagle mounts... Only a few VERY important super douchebags on middle earth were allouded to Ride Eagles...
So think about it .. i think its a great Idea... Of course almost no-one would have an Eagle... I wouldnt either... but just the fact of seeing them there failboat knowing someone has one makes it awesome... just knowing they ARE in the game

I played WoW since the night it came out (I was at the Blizzard launch party at Fry's Electronics) till about 2 years ago? I made through one of the expansions, no clue where they are now, I've lost touch of the game.
