Honestly I have no clue. I called up today thinking everything was going like they said it was. But nope, they haven't even ordered the parts and just took down what internal damage there was. I'm calling my insurance company tomorrow and telling them that my cars been there for a week with no progress. I'm insanely pissed that these Jack offs beg for my business and them when I do the stiff me.

 

when you got the original estimate in writing, did it have an expected completion date?

 

It said a week but no more then 2. They have 4 days to finsh with no parts ordered yet. The main Guy said he'll call me tomorrow and let me know what's going on. Witch to me fucken BS!
