no dairy no wheat or yeast related products. salads, and high protein only. run 1 mile every day for 3 days then increase to 1.5 miles for 3 days then 2 miles for 4 days do 10 push ups regular 10 push ups wide 10 push ups diamond twice a day for 3 days 30 crunches 30 sit ups 30 butterfly kicks twice a day for 3 days.. every 3 days increase reps by double the amount. drink lots of electrolytes the real **** you get at healthfood stores. also drink whey protein shakes in the am and pm make sure it has BCAA's in it. eat plenty never get hungry but when you eat make sure it is small portions you should be eating 6 servings of protein a day the size of your fist.
simple :drink nothing but water, and lots of running, push ups, pull ups, squats, and eat less portioned meals, u dont really have to stuff ur face.

i never gain weight, i am 5'7" @ 180 lbs i go up and down within 2 lbs max. We have a huge shipping scale at work and i weigh myself daily and stand at 179-180 daily for like 3 months now. On my DL its says i weigh 145lbs

Its highly effective but doing that for 10 days not having any pre training you would most likely kill yourself. I'm taking it slow easing into it I'm still working on running a mile and there is allot i did not mention like mountain climbers jumping jacks pull ups lots of stretching ETC...
My factory intake "cold air" plumbing mod is working extremely well however as my IAT's have dropped and it seems to be doing the job. Due to how it was installed it is even preventing junk from clogging up the filter.
Dozer diet...Crack...and lots of it...
