So cal fender rolling in the OC. Look here!!
Hi guys,
im a member over at the 350z forums. i have been rolling fenders for a while now and ive recently expanded to rolling just more than Z's, i have done rsx's, civics, integras, g35's, g35 coupe's....
anywho, as you all would have guessed. i am interested in offering the same service to Mazda owners. i know you guys have wheel fittment's that require some rolling, and i would like to provide a local and cheaper alternative that those shops that charge $150 for just a pair of fenders.
here my thread in the Z forums:

i know many of you may need/do need this done to your cars; especially if you run agressive offsets and are lowered.
i can offer you the service of rolling fenders right here in the middle of OC. dont need to go places that will charge you 75 per fender.i've been to shoreline motoring, in huntington beach, and they charge about $150 just for the rear at a mild roll.
my fender rolling procedure:
Pre:
1. Raise Vehicle using low profile jack and support using 3ton jackstands
2. Remove wheel/tire using only a 1/2in wrench- no use of impact wrench to scratch your wheels.
3. Bolt on Fender roller
Roll:
1. Clean the area to be rolled- this way you can avoid pits in the paint
2. HEAT the area to be rolled- This helps the paint to flex as much as it can
3. Roll- Depening on how much you need to roll, i can do a mild or a an agressive roll.
The complete procedure usually take about 1hr to complete.
***I CANNOT guarentee your paint will not cack. I take all the necessary precautions though of cleaning and heating the paint to avoid this. It just so happens that we are modifying a CURED painted panel. i will try my best to avoid this and it usually isnt much of a problem on newer cars.*****
Normal rate is $75 per pair of fenders.
I have a special to the first 3 people that pm me and would like to get this done.
Thanks for your time!
