depends on whether you have anything to drink next to you. I 've tried adding more PB and it doesn't work very well. Also, what flavor J are you using? (that's very important...)

Forum Upgrade This Weekend!

Last night the upgrade of http://www.mazda3club.com was successful, so this weekend we'll be upgrading RX8Club and http://www.rx7club.com

There will be downtime starting Saturday morning. The plan is to have it back up by late morning Sunday, however it could be earlier than that.

This change will be almost invisible to the user. But what it allows is for us to begin Stage 2 of new application development, the plans are BIG. After this upgrade is in place, look for a new announcement discussing ideas and threads asking for your input.

We are in San Fran, and I have been walking to and from the hotel and school. with the hills in San Fran, and the 30 minute walk each way, my legs are freakin killing me.

Fat boys are not meant to walk that much.

not to mention that around here you have to walk fast. no strolling through the park walks here.

had my wisdom teeth pulled the same year Titanic was out. i remember 'cuz i had the surgery, then went to see the movie the next day and was still woozy from the anesthesia. then, i had to run out and puke during halfway in the movie. vicodin is your friend after surgery like that.

time to see the dentist & get a refer for an oral surgeon erica. it's not that bad, and it's nice to get it over with.

since we were verbalizing our internal dialogue - i asked my second period class for the first thing that comes into their head. the first student to speak said "my wisdom teeth are coming in and they hurt!"

Transmission update.....

Mazda is going to install a brand new transmission, for FREE. I seriously was about to cry when I heard the information, almost crying now as I type the news.

It has been a difficult month with the car...the stress that both Erica and I have had to go through on this, along with the wedding plans and such...it is nice to have this resolution to things.

It pays to be reasonable and professional in cases such as these. I'm glad I was able to keep the goal in mind when dealing with the individuals at Mazda I have been speaking with.

The trans was order last night, and is expected to be in by early next week. My car should be down there sometime next week for the replacement. I am beside myself right now....just feel like going outside and yelling to the skies. Would looks strange right now though, for the middle school kids eating lunch right now, seeing their school psych going crazy.

Very happy.

I'm REALLY happy to hear this nightmare come to a happy ending. Once it's installed, you'll have to give us all the little details.

 

I thought you had to be crazy in order to be a psych. Well glad to hear that mazda is hooking you up with a new free transmission. I know you shouldnt question it but what was their reasoning?

 

omg indeed! and, what a relief! (esp from f'g mazda, who- regardless of what anyone says- i have very low opinion of- due to my own bad exp with them.)
