I'm going to have to use pics from last year as my bumper just had a second meeting with road debris on the freeway. I just so wish we were allowed to carry pellet guns in our car so we could seek revenge on those A-holes that cut you off on the freeway at the same exact time as there is a chunk of semi tire in the middle of the freeway.
What made me wish I had a pellet gun even more was the guy was laughing at me when he saw it hit me and the car behind me. (sorry, had to vent).
Go Patriots. (it still does make me feel good, but in a different way from damage to my $1300 dollar bumper).

My take on the GTR.
I think the looks are all a matter of opinion.
Personally, I don't think it "looks" like an $80k car. It looks like a nice Hyundai Tiburon.
Performance #'s are very nice though, but the GTM Supercar destroyed the performance to price ratio for me.
If I had the $80k for the GTR, I'd buy 2 GTM's at $40k. Lap #1, I race in the Red car, and I would get so far ahead of the Nissan, I could switch cars for lap #2 and wave to the GTR as I'm lapping him in a different car.

Captain Spelchek has found some cause for concern with your recent post.

there is actually a GTR on related to Nissans GTR that ran on the Top Gear track and smashed the top time by 4 seconds. it beat teh CCX. I guess Top Gear woul demo the car so the compnay rented the track for a day to prove what their car can do.... i will have to find a picture.

I think you meant to write "there is actually a GTR un-related to Nissans GTR"
I saw that info on the Ultima GTR. Yes, that's awesome. Again the Ultima is un-related to the Nissan Altima.
Anyone see a pattern here?
Nissan GTR & Nissan Altima - Ultima GTR
And the only other similarity... The Ultima GTR is about the same price as the Nissan GTR
Totally not the same car though.
For those who like numbers, check out the insane #s for the Ultima;
0-60mph - 2.6secs
0-100mph - 5.3secs
30-70mph - 1.8secs
0-100mph-0 - 9.4secs
100mph-0 - 3.6secs
Lap times -
1. Ultima GTR - 1 min 12.8 secs
2. Koenigsegg CXX (with Top Gear spoiler) - 1 min 17.6 secs
3. Pagani Zonda F - 1 min 18.4 secs
4. Maserati MC12 - 1 min 18.9 secs
5. Ferrari Enzo - 1 min 19.0 secs
6. Ariel Atom - 1 min 19.5 secs
7. Porsche Carrera GT - 1 min 19.8 secs
8. Koenigsegg CXX (without Top Gear spoiler) - 1 min 20.4 secs
9. Ascari KZ1 - 1 min 20.7 secs
10.Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren - 1 min 20.9 secs
And the pic -

Hey Captain Spelchek,
If you keep going back and checking lesper's post, you'll soon be Captain Carpal Tunnel.
If that happens, here's your new avatar...
