anyone know of anyone looking to buy a home, my neighbors house accross the street is for sale and they fiablly lowered the price.
3 bed plus loft
3.5 bath
3 car garage
pool and spa
2000+ sq
all for just $387,000
that is not good for our neighborhood. hopefully prices do not last like this ffor a long time.

unreal i saw 2 semi trucks on thir side on the 210 west at the 5 junction. out of harms way but cray, one light was also flashing and another was complety out but our home has power. one thing that i am happy abotu is our home has nto lost any roof tiles yet, others have (and the owners leave their cars in the driveway for everything to hit them:O)
the Kohls shopping center lost power this morning. But the target shopping center across the street was fine. crazy considering all the power lines are below ground. I think I know when it happened cause all the lights at our house flickered pretty bad before I left. How does that happen anyway?
I had a fun drive to work - including getting stuck in a fire on VanBuren in Riverside.

We have no TV!!!
Our satelite dish is dancing like crazy on our roof. I don't know if it's the way I installed it or if there just that much wind. We never had it go out at the other house.
I wish Verizon would get the FIOS TV approved so I wouldn't have this issue.
I'm in Redlands right now, and all is quite. Not even a slight breeze.

Unfortunately, it also lets in dirt during windy days.
We just take a small, slightly damp wash cloth and roll it up in the corner.
Keeps the dirt from getting past the window sill to the carpet, and after the wind passes, you can use a vacuum hose to clean-out the dirt.
Or you can use Autocross tape (otherwise known as painter's tape).
