I talked to Spiceboy on Saturday!
well, not really, I just exchanged text messages.

He said he might have Saturday off and will try and join us at SS!

Given the billion dollar magic bailout, you should convince the owners to purchase a lot of company vehicles right now and default on the loans....the government will assume the loan....great time for big purchases.

can you justify the cost to them on paper?
pull delivery sales for the last 90 days, show them that the truck is key to building and running your store.

You may no longer have a voice but remember the story of the squeeky wheel.

So it looks like the mudhole next to my house has dried up. No muddy RX for me at SS.

random pics of the day.
This is what we have been up to for the last few days.
Someone is coming on Saturday to pic up the frame, or what is left of it.
The engine is mine, time to learn how to rebuild a Toyota 4-banger.

Not my car.
I am storing it for a month. They guy is paying me with the engine.

And, yes, the house still needs a ton of work.
I still need to finish the back yard for the dog. I finally got some fencing to close off the side yard. Now I will actually be able to leave the dog outside without having to chain her up.

@Jedi -
If you're still in the market for a GPS, there are some pretty good deals to check out here.
5100 $139
http://www.ecost.com/detail.aspx?edp...avid=155441524
7100 $195
http://www.ecost.com/Detail/GPS/Navi...avid=155441533

I bought the Navigon 2100 for my father-in-law.
It's awesome. I paid $100 on woot.
They have free traffic updates. The 7100 does bluetooth for the phone, and the screen is a little bigger.
Unless you need the bluetooth, I'd go w/ the 5100.
Generally, bluetooth on the GPS picks up too much ambient noise.

I like the all black look of the 7100. I can just turn the bluetooth off right, no real need for it

I posted this in the Xbox Live thread, but I'll post it here too.

Anyone considering Rock Band 2 for Xbox, should move on it now.

The game + 1600 gamer points for $60

Ya, you don't have to use the bluetooth, it's just an option.

The 7100 does have a larger screen. I can tell you from using the Navigon, their software is one of my favorites.
It has the option to load different gps software on an SD card, and run that instead of Navigon.
I was going to load iGO8 like we have on our phones, but after using Navigon, I was pleasantly suprised.

I think Jedi is shopping a gps for his gf.
Jedi and I both have the HTC Vogue.
It has voice guided gps which is actually better than my TomTom or Magellan or Mio.
You enter your address, and it just talks you all the way there. Or, you can turn off the sound and just watch the 3-d view of the map w/ the street names and turns.
Here's a screen shot of iGo8, although, I like to leave the buildings feature off.
