thanks for all the pics Loren.
My top time from the girl's practice day was 57.684. I ran the last 5 of Erica's runs. My first time was 60.248, and was able to shave off a little time on each run. I'm anxiously awaiting the next event (cause I'll have my tires soon), running in BSP with Casey and the girls. We'll have four 8's (2 cars/4 drivers) in BSP, maybe five if Toca ever shows up again.

I'd say you have a good chance to beat me. I'm coming from a couple events on concrete with fresh tires in a different car... so when I go back to asphault and crappy tires, things are bound to get ugly.

I have been doing well on my street tires, against the other RX8's in our group....but this will be my first time on real tires....so I'm sure there will be a large learning curve.
We got to give Speed a run for his money. You want to race for pink slips?

How about this... We all put in $100.00, mp5, speed, kw and me. Then quick time gets $300 and 2nd place gets $100.
We can do the same with the girls to.

well, that would be an easy 300 bucks for you now wouldn't it....and then the rest of us would be fighting to get our money back with second place.
I'm still racing for slips.

Better than losing your car.
To make thing easy and so you don't have to listen to any bitch you and speed should enter SM instead of BSP. Then your body kit and his wing can stay on. Speed wise BSP is as fast as SM at local events.

Kinda like that Monkey thing they gave the guy (shoemaker or something) in the Miata. He had the fastest time in PAX, so he got pictures with that fricken huge stuffed gorilla, or monkey, or whatever it was.
Or, we could go get a "RX-8 Cup" trophy made...if you guys are up for a trophy instead of a pink slip.
