it does not seem like this is going to be a very large meet this time.
then again last time i thought it was going to be a HUGE meet and there was only like 10 cars. (lots of 8's though)

 

Ok, so anyone up for the BigBear loop prior to meeting up at the ballpark? Or is there another cruise/meet planned already.

I guess I'm still not up to speed on what we are doing this time. From what I know, we are meeting at the ballpark around 5:00 or so, parking in the reserved spots, and then going in and sitting together to enjoy the sights, sounds, and beer that is baseball. It sounded as if we are not meeting in the morning like normal, but there were some hints/comments about possible going on a cruise prior to 5:00...?

 

So with all the comotion on the thread I am really curous what the big suprise is. I havent viewed any posts all week because I have been so busy.

By the way I presented my thesis and have one final left before I can graduate Saturday. I am not sure what is going on that day but I will try to make it to the meet.

Jill I need one spot and 2-3 tickets if I come but I will post again to let you know for sure. We are meeting in the parking lot at 5 or was it 6:30? Is everybody bringing their own meat?

What I understand: There will be a meet at 4:30 at the Pirate City Tattoo parking lot - then a group drive over to the Quakes Stadium in Rancho Cucamonga. The Quakes people are roping off 15 parkings spaces for us. Each car will have to pay the $3.00 parking fee.

I don't think we are going to Bar-B-Q there - as there is plenty of food available in the Ball Park - at relatively reasonable prices, actually. There is a very nice grassy area adjacent to where they are reserving the parking where we can hang out, etc., before going in.

I am trading in my unused Season Tix from previous games, and I will be able to have tickets for up to 40 people - so don't worry about the tickets - everyone who wants to come will get in "free" to ball park/game.

Because I want to coordinate and make sure everything is cool at Quakes Stadium, I probably won't be at the Pirate City meet - but will be waiting for y'all at the stadium parking lot.

To get to the Quakes Stadium, from S'Bdino, take the 10 Fwy West to the 15 Fwy North. Exit at Foothill Blvd, go West. Turn left on Rochester to the Stadium.

If you have never attended a Quakes game, I think you will really enjoy it! Hope many of you are able to come and join the fun. :D

Alright, since I only live 2 minutes away from the ballpark, I will probably just meet (or meat) you guys there. I'll give Jill some company till the troups show up. I'll make sure to take the best spot of course ,,,maybe the second best since the best should go to Jill for setting things up for us.

No cruise though..big bummer. I'm gonna have withdrawals now...and I won't be around for the July meet...so you guys better not do the beach run until August.

On another note, if there is anyone who would like to do the big bear loop, and then end around 430 or so at Pirate City Tattoo..let me know. We could leave around 230 or so.

 

I know that we are a little uncordanated this time. (comes witht he teritory of changing thinkgs up) but to the best of my knowlage there will be no run before the meet. but this does not mean that we cant do a run, that just means that as of right now there isnt one set up.

how about this.....

I will be at Pirate City Tattoo Parking lot like normal but this time at 1:00p.m. instead of 9:00a.m. who ever wants to go on a run with me is more then welcome to show up. after the run we will caravan over to the stadium. just make sure you show up right around 1:00 as we wont be hanging out much untill we get to the stadium.

If you do not wish to go on the run then just make sure you are at the quakes stadium at 5:00p.m.

if any ones needs to get a hold of me, my number is on that paper, or PM me and ill give it to you.

 

I'm in for 1:00...as long as we can get at least 3 others to commit. Otherwise, I'll be at the stadium at 5:00.

Well, my second upgrade is just about done. (95%)
I can give hints for the second one.

1. They're round
2. Silver/Black in color
3. CANNOT be seen from the outside of the car

Two days to get this upgrade completely finished. I hate driving around with loose parts in the car. You'll see it on Saturday whether it's all done or not.

Yes, exactly right.
I changed the door speakers and rear deck speakers.
I added 2 subs and an amp.
Everything is hooked up, but the subs aren't producing that much bass, so I haven't finished the cosmetics of the trunk until the subs work correctly.
My trunk looks like a Radio Shack exploded in there.

Looks like no turnout for Pirate City....? I would hate for Speeddemon to have to waste going down there if no one is going. I mean he could hang out with Vipers, but with that big head in his avatar, I feel like he's hanging out with me now anyways .
