Hbspeed does subaru mostly and specialty are on turbo cars. So tell him to give them a call so they can see what they can do. http://www.hbspeed.com/
sure sure.

i just think the project IS a waste of money. where can someone use 450hp if he doesn't even race, or drive the car often?

i shouldn't ask a noob, what for? don't own a subi, and can care less bout it.

hondas? **** 'em. i don't play with them anymore... but if i do, i put the rdx motor into another K series car with enough hood clearance. and ACTUALLY drive it!

take that to the bank.

Spring adapters. This project is taking forever and so I'm wondering if it'll be faster to just pay to get it done.

spring adaptors???

define that part.

if its just the top hat, get a cheap set of C-town coilovers and use those...or are you talking about the perch (threaded seats) rings?

maybe worth a try.

Rear adapters are tough. Because of how the rear hat is designed, it seems a lot of companies simply use custom wound springs. They're not conducive to using standard ID springs. The front is easier, but part of this exercise is to develop a kit that allows conversion of a shock to be run with coilover sleeves so that you can change spring rates and adjust your height. Also, even the least expensive coilover kits are going to be a lot more expensive than making and designing the adapters myself.

Sadly not too many of us can request PTO on such short notice.

^^^lol, yup. That's what I found so funny, too bad Ray's not on to see it. Maybe he needs to split some time up with me concerning Covinna so he can browse the forums and the meet more often.
