i couldn't get the socket today, and if i get it tomorrow we probably wouldn't have time enough to install the flywheel..
looks like we will have to postpone it, but i will stop by tomorrow and try to find that leaking in the cooling tank

I'll stop by for sure. Is EZ still in town, I want to adjust my clutch pedal if it needs it but also want to get someone else's foot on it. Oh and that tracking number you gave me for my bumper doesn't seem to work. Maybe you copied it over wrong?

I'm having Scott check the number.....I got my bumper. Yes he's still here but don't know when he is leaving so you need to get over tonight early.

Don't forget the art work you owe me!!!!!! I want to get started on Ts and advertising.

Little Phil: That socket we need is 21/8" = 54mm. They have one at Sears in the 21/8" size. Not sure if I can get over there but will try.

Oh we need the art work soon? My misunderstanding, I thought the full court press on this was next year. You gotta give me a little time, my idea is a little expensive and it's going to take me a day or two to make. Still need to decide what the hell I am going to do for the girl/girls this year too.

I will stop by on the way home but I don't get out until 6. If he is no longer here tonight let me know and I will save the trip. How do you like your bumper? Goose hasn't sent out my strut bar yet.

I just talked to him, he will be here tonight so I will let him know you will be stopping by. As soon as Scott tells me the tracking number I will post it to you.

Let's discuss the art work tonight as well. I want to use 3D models. If I were to create them myself it would take me months. There are two I would want to buy for the project. The RX7 model is only $5. The RX8 model is either $50 for the Xmen 8 or $100 for the Mazdaspeed 8. I'll explain more tonight.

Oh and I found out why my ******* trunk wasn't working... why the hell is there a button in the glove box to turn off trunk lid function?!?

Hell I forgot about that button! It's so you could use the valet key with a valet and keep them out of the trunk.

Be sure and rework that rotary design with both SinCity and Vegas 8s. May be I could start advertising using that design until the new one is ready? 3D on a flat screen? Sounds good but will it transfer to a T?????

The elements will be fine on a t-shirt and mug. Since I will be starting with raw materials such as the models I can work in a much higher resolution insuring print won't suffer.

I'll make sure to design vegas 8's and SCR together.

Ray the only model for a 7 I could find is an FD. Finding art work for all of the rotaries in the same style is impossible. With 3D models I can control the style and angles.

What difference does it make which forum we discuss a design?

Here is my input, the FD would be for weiners as no one has one, well that we actually see anyway lol the 7 would be to imply SCR into artwork and the event, just sayyin, cause I am a pain in the ****, now back to work

I promised you that I would not post anything about WHiV on the SCR forum and would leave all posts on that subject to you. You and Easy are the only 7 owners that frequent this forum.

All I am after is some type of graphic art that I can start with for posting until the final design is decided upon. I asked Chun to include SCR within the old drawing of the rotors and do away with any date. That would give me something to work with.

I also have a few potential sponsors who want to see the art work for this years Ts before they kick in any $. I guess they want to see what will have their name on (can't blame them). Hate to get pushy but to have a successful meet we must start early.

If all would wish to, we could do this by PM........Last thing I want is hard feelings but we need to keep each other informed.

Oh I was just being a biotch.

For what it's worth I want to be involved in the process, while it will seem like a pita sometimes if the parties concerned are together step by step it will reduce the risk of wasted time and effort.

As for potential sponsors that is great news, of course they would want to see what they are associating with for that matter I wouldnt' want Little Darling's or Peggy Sue's Brothal on the shirts either. lol just saying as SCR attempts to hold a family friendly image. I would lean more towards what did they call the paintings of the women on the WWII planes? They in my opinion are classic, sassy and still respectful, but perhaps not the best option but an idea.

But in the same breath there will probably be matters we do not want to discuss openly on any forum, we don't want everyone knowing everything. What fun would that be lol
