yo anyone want this cat back? i got it off phil for a good price u guys can have it for the same price. im not gonna be getting an exhaust any time soon so its just sitting gathering dust. i cant remember the actual name of it. Phil??

Hey someone here has a AT 8 and is having problems getting it passed 3K rpm. Any ideas? I believe it is compression issues=new engine.
I was going to check their coils and plugs and seafoam engine clean it, but I think it might not help.

^Yeah I texed him and told him I will look at it this Wednesday. I have some extray coils and spark plug wires we can try. We can clean the spark plugs and seaform it if need be but I really think its a clogged up C.A.T. tons of people are having that issue with in the last two weeks. If its not the coils wires or plugs we can try my C.A.T. on his 8.
I will tex him again tomorrow.

I was going to go over there today to do the seafoam and coils and plugs but they were moving out of their old place and into a new place. The clogged cat...the seafoam will mess up the cat, maybe we should take the cat off. Hulk Smash!
A stockpile of spark plugs??? Hmmm you know what I was thinking of using the rx7 spark plugs they are cheaper and they work the same, your thoughts. I switch to a different oil it is nice.

Well something is wrong with that 8 cuz its in limp mode. We can pull the front of the C.A.T. down and look inside I know what a bad C.A.T. looks like. That right there will save us time. I can go over tomorrow. I'll callem up and see whats up.

7 plugs? meh with the way me and you drive they just dont last as long. I'm shifting at 6k rpms dude lol I have a set for back up you can try them. Plus if you dont have the rings and you put them in say good by to your Motor. They go in to far!!! unlike the NGK plugs that we are running.
I just got a call I have to go pick up my brother on boulder hwy.

Phil: The map is pretty much done, I just need to host it somewhere.
7 plugs: Be careful they go in to far and need a washer/ring to avoid that. They do not last very long and you will most likely use twice as many plugs. They are cheaper but more of a problem.
AJ: Host? do you mean something like You Tube? Most of those places erase stuff after a few weeks. Are there places that will let it stay for a extended period of time?
I think your on the right track with the Cat on that AT8. Lack of compression is usually felt as lack of power but you still have the ability to get to the higher RPM range just no power or a lack there of.

Most guys can only get out once per week so go ahead and have it Thursday and we can have another when I get back from vacation.

GILIt's awesome we saved another 8 from dying! You did most of it all I did was bring it out.
Don't know if I'll make it tonight, I'm soo tired, no sleepy much lately.
