Here is the new addition to our family. He is 11 weeks old and we got him when he was 8 weeks. His name is Rufus and he is a German Short Hair Pointer.

Damn, looks good dude! But, it took you about 10 times or so, for those 2 small lights?

Nice looking dog, he might be a german short haired pointer but in actuality he's an American!

I think, me and AJ told Gilber that the haze was from the inside of the headlight, so wet sanding getting a clearcoat won't do anything. Gilbert, mentioned that you guys don't have warranty, so you will have to buy a new set of lights if you don't want the haze on the inside of the light..

thanks Anthony!! I can't wait to hear the 8 now..

About the headlight...it's worth a try before we go and spend aheluva lot of money for those lights...ive seen other posts on here that have it worse, way worse than we do and they did the wet sanding and it worked so..its worth a try, i think so anyhow

Here is the link.. http://www.hksusa.com/products/?id=787 But, did you PM Bryan (XDEEDUBBX) and ask what filter size you need? Better do that before you order anything!

Well, the thing is that it's from the inside of the lens, and I highly doubt wet sanding & clear coating the outside won't do anything to the haze from the inside. For example, my headlights are fuzzy from the outside, I can actually feel it.. So, I know that If I do it it'll work because it's on the outside, but with you guys it's a whole different deal. I'm gonna stop you guys from spending your money, so if you wanna give it a try then go for it! Just let me know how it works out..

im pretty sure the cloudiness is from the outside...gilbert tried claybaring it before and it help'd so my prediction is wet sanding will make a difference...anyhow, its not like we'll be doing that anytime soon anyway. the lights are 10x's better than the ones on the other 8...we can actually see the road at night...and really good too..lol

yeah the haze is on the outside. i found mine were pretty badly hazed so i used a dish "duby" to try to get it off and it seemed to do the trick but it left small scratch marks all over my headlights....how do i get the scratches out???? buffing it out with what? a special headlight cleaner????

helps please

and jason your dog looks awesome. My uncle had one of those dogs a long time ago, very energetic...don't let him get his mouth on the furniture!!

I know someone that is a vendor for Knight Sports.. If you ever want anything from Knight Sports, it will get shipped straight from Japan dude, so usually takes 3 days via EMS for smaller items. I should be getting my Knight Sports catalogue tomorrow or the next day.. You should get the Knight Sport hood, they have it in Carbon Fiber and FRP hood. I was told that it's not in the catalogue, but it can still be ordered if you want one..

Annette, I'm sorry for missing your Birthday. My excuse is that I had a friend in town and we got busy and I did not hit the forum to see. Your next cocktail when we are out is on me.
