geez i had to read 5 pages back! lol
hey guys, u know my shift boot i bought. well i'm really impressed with this guys work...its quality stuff at a GREAT price. if u guys want a nice paint matching shift boot or center console covers hit him up. its worth the 25 bucks for a great looking interior.

So i was talking to the wife and we happen to talk about the peeps here @ the rx8club after meeting yous at the VThai meet... she was like "yeah they're a good bunch of people, you should've hung out w/ them a long time ago." I was like "yeah, they're a good bunch".. then she's like "so how'd they like to finally seeing you back and in person?" ... I was like "ummm... i didn't tell them"...
She said "YOU DIDN'T TELL THEM?! Why the hell NOT?!?! That's real idiotic for you not to tell them!"... and i said "yeah, i don't know what i was thinking... i dunno, maybe 'new car -- new name?' " and then she left the room and said "You're an idiot... tell them! I don't see the friggin' big deal!"
*sigh*
so here i am debating about it the whole day... i honestly don't know why i did what i did
but the truth to the matter is....
i apologize for not stating this sooner. i just realized that even in posting throughout the forums, its difficult to try and share opinions and thoughts when people think that you're just a "newbie" and don't know what the hell you're talking about... when all along i've been there pretty much from the beginning. please forgive me

I figured you'd think that... really not a big deal but yeah, just wanted to set things straight i guess. Kinda think like the "prodigal son" so to speak 
Anywho, i got rid of the '04 because at that time we really needed a truck...
in the end i couldn't get over it i guess. After toying around w/ a truck, an xB, motorcycles and the G35 sedan, i finally told my wife that i had to go back to the 8... (that's when "flip702" came about). So right now, our family of vehicles are the RAM Hemi, the wifey's ML500 and the 8... w/ another motorcycle in the future.
So now being back -- in BLACK (lol) is somewhat bittersweet... since i pretty much had the VR 8 far ahead in mods and have to start all over w/ the BB 8. But, mods are fun... right?
Well, thats it... the beans have been spilled. I guess i owe you guys a round of beer... so again, i apologize mmkay?

I still remember the time u called me and told me yer car (other 8) was getting a new engine, and you did a lot of Buffalo Wild Wings meets PLUS, i sent u a text when i was at the dealer getting this 8... u never responded though

I figured, I didn't explain myself that well.. What I meant is I can get his intake off, put mine on for the meanwhile.. You can come over here I would give you the K&N intake, you give me the money and your intake so I can give to Anthony, and I could take mine back from him. So, I'm not gonna be using your stock air intake at all..

Nah thats cool man. See I work on Paradise Rd and Flamingo Rd. Anthony works at the B and Mike works on E. Sahara. All with in 10 min driving. Plus I have to pay Mike back so he earns his keep lol.
This works out great cuz its done on my lunch time and there is tons of parking/light at my job.
If not Anthony has my number (363-6255) we can do it tonight when he gets off work.

You'll have a hard-on once it's on your car, and you hear the deep sound coming from the engine bay. I tried calling Anthony 10 mins. ago to see what's going on with this situation, if you guys are gonna do it tonight or when.. Also, where would you do it tonight if he does wanna do it?

Starting tomorrow (April 1st) I will be updating our member list. Whoever hasn't posted anything or come to any meets within the last 3+ months will be taken off the list. Also, I'm hoping we can start doing official monthly meets, try to find a set spot somewhere where it's half way and not too far for everyone.
