oh and today while driving home i saw a yellow rx8 slammed on some chrome rims with an aftermarket spoiler (auto exe i think its called)

You just have to shift when you let off the gas... Make sure you shift into one higher gear than you need. That way you don't grind the gears. It is really easy when you get the hang of it. Back in the day, that is how my dad taught me to drive a stick at the age of 11.. It is so easy, I taught my 11 year old daughter to drive my car and I also taught her how to bump shift. She drove half way home from PHX on the freeway... She drives better than my wife...lol

Hello fellow Vegas 8's. Just wanted to introduce myself, I'm pretty new to the area I just recently PCS'd from Travis AFB to here. Hope to make it to a meet some time. They vary in times and it seems like I'm always going back to Cali whenever you have them.

Well, let me make this post and make this official. We are finally the leading thread of all the regional forums. Less than a year ago, I didn't think it would happen since all the past Las Vegas threads didn't last long. I tried to keep this thread active as much and get all the local 8's together. Thanks everyone, and keep it up!

Reminder on the meet on Suday.. It will be a great time. Come out and just hang out.. I would like to do these every 3-4 months.. After this meet we can learn from it and ake it better. I would like to have a prize for the top vehicle in each class.. More to come. We'll talk about it at the meet.. Noon till ???
