Good service dept. in Sac?
Good service dept. in Sac?
I searched the good guys/bad guys thread for a good service dept. in Sacramento but I came up with nothing. I've pm'd a few local members for advice but no response. I hope this isn't a sign that Sac. has NO good service dept.
Can anybody help this n00b?
Thanks in advance.

I go to Senator Mazda..... mostly because that is where I bought my car. Lately they have been good, and actually have some killer coupons on their web site... Parts at just 10% over cost, cheap oil changes... etc.... George is the guy I always talk to. The service manager is a dick, and you need to avoid him getting involved.
I recently purchased a painted front air dam from them. Nobody noticed that the paint was totally "splotchy" until the car was taken out into the sun for the first time. I was ashamed to have it on the car. I took it back to them (while still on the car) and showed them. After the buck was finally passed to the auto/body shop manager, they decided it looked like crap. They ordered me a new one, and will inspect it when it comes in. If ok, they'll call me to come pick it up. I am happy with that, but if I am allowed to leave with it, without returning the other first, so I can install it more convienietly, I might fall-over.... We'll see!
SecrtSqurl: I delt with their body shop for some front bumper damage and one of their adjusters I delt with was lame. He wasn't proactive with my repair work and I had to call to follow up on parts that weren't delivered on time. When the job was complete, I found they had left the front licence plate bracket off and I had to come back for a second time.
Toddman: Thanks for the info. I was looking for a Mazdaspeed dealer in Sac. but the Mazda USA site doesn't list Senator as an offical Mazdaspeed dealer. I'm going to add the Mazdaspeed struts and shocks as my first mod.

i've always gone to great valley mazda.
went there with my modded mazda 6 for about 2 years.... no problems at all.
I haven't gone there with my 8 yet, but i don't anticipate any problems. Generally cool people, but pretty slow.
