It was really great meeting you guys and seeing some of you again. Next time I'll make sure I don't get lost.

AND DO NOT USE YAHOO MAPS TO GET THERE.

HERE'S THE DIRECTIONS.

EXIT ALVARADO-NILES, NOT ALVARADO. HEAD WEST ON ALVARADO, AND MAKE A RIGHT ON DYER. IT'S RIGHT THERE.

Man, we drove around for 25mins and were only 2 miles away because it told us to take the alvarado exit. arghhhhh. That killed so much of our time.

Next time i'll get out earlier. Maybe we can meet up at Lake Elizabeth or something like that. Do a Potluck Dusk BBQ, hahaha. I mean don't you guys get tired of the same venue? I'm thinking of just making a calendar and we can keep it east bay if you guys want. Just rotate it around a little. '

MAN I LOOK EVEN SKINNIER WITH YOUR LENSE. I DIDN'T THINK THAT WAS POSSIBLE.

Rishie

This pic reminds of that song:

"I'm too sexy for myself, too sexy for my shirt" from that Fred Singer back in the 90's. You could have been in the video

^ what he said. I think the Speed 3 and 6 make the gathering a little more special. It's kinda like they're in the same "hotness" category as the 8

Rishie, I'm so down for a BBQ at Lake Elizabeth. Maybe in a week or so we can schedule a BBQ potluck. We will post it and the people that are coming can put down what they will bring so we can have everything covered.

Considering I live within walking distance to Lake Elizabeth I'm down.
If I can pull my roommate away from my new Wii we'll bring some good grub.

Nice ever, no worries. It was affordable anyways. Shoot i wish i new sooner about the parking lot dealio.

Nice you sold the FC bro. Hope that TV will produce more joy and consume less oil. hehe.

Lake Elizabeth would be really nice. Any idea if we need to pay or reserve a spot? I think Suzanne and i are gonna peep it out today since we're close by but not super familiar with the place.

I'll take my shitty camera and shoot some pics of it. I think a daytime weekend thing would be really nice. I doubt we can get it all done before the sun drops during the weekdays.

PEOPLE WHO WORK ON WEEKENDS PLEASE LIST IF BOTH DAYS OR JUST ONE OF THEM. SUNDAYS ALWAYS WORK OUT BETTER FOR ME - SABBATH DAY LOLZ..... I don't want to do shiet for work.

If guys want to attend and do work on Sundays, please indicate how much notice you need to switch your day if possible. Meaning, do we plan 2 weeks out or what. Just some tid bit thoughts. We get some stuff outlined and then probably start a new thread just for that single event.

I was thinking of setting up a BBQ once a month for the summer months, either the last for first weekend of the month. The forth of July weekend is coming up, we can do our first daytime meet then. Anyways, i'm just kicking around ideas.

I just finished installing the rear RB springs, and guys... please remind me to never do that again....

We don't have to reserve a table at Lake Elizabeth. Just get there early and sit on one. There will probably only be 10 to 15 people show anyway. All we will need is two tables close to each other and we bring some folding chairs. Rishy and I could get there early to keep each other company.

I moved up from Monterey County to the South Bay Area and look forward to potentially catching up with some of the other 8 owners around here.

Finally in civilization again!

I like the idea of a BBQ and would just like to say that for the month of June I'm up here on the weekend of the 9th and the 23rd, but as always don't try to just schedule around me.
